Delivery Policy


Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all deliveries. All credit card orders will only be delivered to the registered credit card address. Delivery will not be made to places of work, businesses, hotels and P.O Boxes unless a prior agreement has been confirmed by HOND-R LTD and this agreement is up to the discretion of HOND-R LTD.
From the receipt (full payment) of your order, we will endeavour to deliver your chosen products to you within 2 working days, providing the goods are in stock. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. (Working days do not include weekends and national Bank Holidays.) During the order process you will be asked to select your preferred delivery date and we will endeavour to arrange delivery when requested, however we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day. Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer. Couriers deliver from 9:00am till 6:30pm and HOND-R LTD cannot have deliveries made at a specific time unless a guaranteed delivery time service has been paid for/agreed.

Delivery Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call HOND-R LTD within 2 working days to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
