Returns Policy


All returns must be authorised and approved by HOND-R LTD by telephone or e-mail. See the 'contact us' information page.

All non-faulty returned items carry a 25% restocking/administration fee.

HOND-R Ltd will only refund the product(s) purchased (not delivery), the customer is responsible for the delivery costs, to and from HOND-R Ltd

All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of purchase.

All approved returns must be returned to HOND-R LTD in an unused and unaltered condition (marked, installed and then uninstalled or disassembled state is not accepted) with original packaging for a refund. If the original packaging does not suffice, better packaging must be provided by the customer. Please insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to HOND-R LTD. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will only be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Items that wish to be returned 14 days after the date of purchase and meet the above stated criteria, will be issued with a credit note as a refund. Items which fail will be replaced with the same product or eqivalent product if the original product is no longer available or not available within a resonable time and is up to the discretion of HOND-R LTD, refunds will only be given at the discretion of HOND-R LTD.

Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
