Exoracing D-Series Silicone Hose Kit Installation Guide:

Follow our easy step-by-step guide to install your brand-new silicone hose kit quickly. If you are struggling or aren't confident, please get in touch with a professional who can assist you further.

  1. First, ensure the engine and hoses are cool to the touch to reduce the risk of injury.
  2. Drain the coolant by jacking up the car and removing the drain bung on the radiator.
  3. Start by matching all the silicone hoses with their rubber counterpart; you will find 10.
  4. Remove the clamps on either end of the hose, remove the hose and replace it with the silicone option.
  5. Tighten up the clamps on either end of the hose and move on to the next hose.
  6. Do this for all ten hoses in the kit, moving around the engine bay individually.
  7. Put the drain bung back in the radiator, fill it with the correct amount of coolant, and bleed the coolant system to remove all air.
